Yes, absolutely! All of Trilipiderm’s ingredients are intended for the most sensitive skin. They are non-comedogenic (won't clog pores) and don't contain ingredients that disrupt hormones or compromise skin health - such as phthalates, parabens, or sulfates.

Yes! All of our products are derived from natural sources and contain active ingredients that are bio and eco-friendly. Our products are Dermatologists & Pharmacists recommended, Gluten-Free, & Cruelty-Free. Several of our products are 100% Vegan, and our Rehydration Night Crème, Hydrating All-Body Oil, and All-Body Moisture Retention Crème are Certified Vegan by vegan.com.

Our products NEVER contain:
GMOs, Parabens, Silicone, Petrolatum, Mineral Oil, or Phthalates.

All of our Fragrance Free products are safe to use during pregnancy. We also do not recommend using the Advanced Retinol Treatment during pregnancy, as studies show that excess Vitamin A can affect fetal development.

Please consult your primary care physician for anything that contains essential oils or if you have any personal concerns and/or questions.

Yes, you can. For the most effective results, we suggest you use our SPF 30 products; these will help your skin retain moisture without clogging your pores while protecting your skin from harsh UV rays.

No, our products do not contain any petrolatum or mineral oil; this makes our products non-comedogenic keeps pores clear, providing deep hydration while allowing the skin to effectively breathe.

Yes, our products are safe for the entire family, including children 6 years of age and above. However, if your child presents a serious skin condition (redness, swelling, broken skin, etc.), please consult your physician prior to use. 

As with all active products, do not allow your children to ingest the product. It is made for topical use only.  

Discount codes can be applied during checkout for free product, discounts, and more. Discount codes cannot be combined with any other discount, including Subscribe and Save orders. Only ONE (1) coupon code may be used at a time.

Your Trilipiderm Reward Points are automatically added to your account every time you place an order on our website. For peace of mind, be sure you’re logged into your Rewards account before completing checkout. Points are earned based on your cart value prior to taxes and fees, and our current earning rate is 150 points for every $1 spent.

We’ve recently expanded our Rewards Redemption levels to 40 total options, giving you more flexibility and control over how you use your points, your way.

To redeem your points:

1. Navigate to the dropdown tab titled "YOUR REWARDS PROGRAM" at the top right corner of your Trilipiderm webpage.

2. After logging in, you will have access to see your current available points balance, as well as available redemption ranges to populate a personalized coupon code. You will only be able to redeem and use your points (1) transaction at time, therefore, take time to look at all available redemption values prior to completion.

3. Upon redemption, this personalized code can be copy & pasted direct from the site, as well as be emailed to you direct to the email provided on your rewards account.

4. Once you reach the final checkout page there will be a text box under the cart's total requesting for additional discount codes—this is where your personalized redemption reward code will be inputted.

DISCLAIMER: Your personalized Rewards code cannot be combined with any additional order discount, nor Subscribe & Save purchases. This will be the only discount code you will be able to input for this transaction.

Reviewing and navigating your Trilipiderm Subscribe & Save orders has never been easier!

If you're browsing from a desktop, you'll find several navigation options in our main menu at the top of the screen—including direct access to your Subscription Portal.

If browsing via mobile device, ensure to click the three-line toggle at the top left-hand side of your device in which the main menu will open.

In either case, you'' be prompted to log in using your personal account details. Once signed in, navigate to "My Subscription" under the MY ACCOUNT section—from there, you will easily be able to review and/or cancel any existing subscription orders.

For any skips or pauses to your existing subscription orders, please email us at support@trilipiderm.com so we can assist you directly. Please note that any subscription skipped more than two times within its original lifecycle will be automatically canceled; however, a member of our team will always reach out to you beforehand to ensure you’re fully informed.

Please allow up to 24 business hours for your order confirmation email to arrive. During peak periods—such as holidays or major sales events—it may take up to 48 business hours.

If you don’t see your confirmation, please check your spam or promotions folder to ensure it hasn’t been misdirected.

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. If your order has not arrived within 7–10 business days, please reach out to us at support@trilipiderm.com for assistance.
