Yes, absolutely! All of Trilipiderm’s ingredients are intended for the most sensitive skin. They are non-comedogenic (won't clog pores) and don't contain ingredients that disrupt hormones or compromise skin health - such as phthalates, parabens, or sulfates.
Yes! All of our products are derived from natural sources and contain active ingredients that are bio and eco-friendly. Our products are Dermatologists & Pharmacists recommended, Gluten-Free, & Cruelty-Free. Several of our products are 100% Vegan, and our Rehydration Night Crème, Hydrating All-Body Oil, and All-Body Moisture Retention Crème are Certified Vegan by vegan.com.
Our products NEVER contain:
GMOs, Parabens, Silicone, Petrolatum, Mineral Oil, or Phthalates.
All of our Fragrance Free products are safe to use during pregnancy. We also do not recommend using the Advanced Retinol Treatment during pregnancy, as studies show that excess Vitamin A can affect fetal development.

Yes, you can. For the most effective results, we suggest you use our SPF 30 products; these will help your skin retain moisture without clogging your pores while protecting your skin from harsh UV rays.
No, our products do not contain any petrolatum or mineral oil; this makes our products non-comedogenic keeps pores clear, providing deep hydration while allowing the skin to effectively breathe.
Yes, our products are safe for the entire family, including children 6 years of age and above. However, if your child presents a serious skin condition (redness, swelling, broken skin, etc.), please consult your physician prior to use.
As with all active products, do not allow your children to ingest the product. It is made for topical use only.
Discount codes can be applied during checkout for free product, discounts, and more. Discount codes cannot be combined with any other discount, including Subscribe and Save orders. Only ONE (1) coupon code may be used at a time.
Reward points will automatically be added to your Trilipiderm account every time you place an order through the Trilipiderm website. When you have accumulated enough points (the starting point begins at 500 points) you can begin to 'trade' these in for a discount code (e.g. 500 points for $5 off your purchase, etc.). Our transfer rate is $1 off for every 100 points.
To redeem your points:
1. Click on the blue button with white script that says "YOUR REWARDS PROGRAM" at the top right corner of your Trilipiderm webpage.
2. Select the amount of points you would like to redeem.
3. When you are finished clicking through these options, it will generate a special code for you to enter during checkout. You can copy and paste this or write it down - don't lose this code, as our website will not save it for you.
4. Once you reach the final checkout page there will be a text box under the cart's total - enter your discount code here. Enjoy your discount!

Your current points balance can be found when you click on the blue button with white script that says "YOUR REWARDS PROGRAM" at the top right of your Trilipiderm webpage; the pop-up will have your points listed at the top left hand side.
Make sure you are signed in and go to the main Trilipiderm page. At the top of the screen you will see 5 different tabs: Account, Shop, About, Blog, and Subscription Portal.
Click on Subscription Portal to go to your account. You will see a "My Subscriptions" under MY ACCOUNT - click on this to edit your existing subscriptions.
Please allow up to 24 business hours for your order confirmation email to arrive. During peak periods—such as holidays or major sales events—it may take up to 48 business hours.
If you don’t see your confirmation, please check your spam or promotions folder to ensure it hasn’t been misdirected.

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. If your order has not arrived within 7–10 business days, please reach out to us at support@trilipiderm.com for assistance.
