Order Processing

Orders are processed within two business days after payment is received.
Our business hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM MST.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.


Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) unless otherwise arranged.
Shipping costs vary depending on destination and order weight.

At checkout, all applicable shipping charges will be displayed before your order is finalized.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates and not guarantees.
Actual delivery time may be affected by:

• Carrier delays
• Weather conditions
• High-volume holiday periods
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Customs processing (for international shipments)


Risk of Loss

Once an order is transferred to USPS or any alternate carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.
We are not responsible for:

• Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier
• Delays caused by USPS or third-party carriers
• Lost or stolen parcels after confirmed delivery

If an issue occurs, please contact USPS first, and we will support you as needed.


Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

If a package is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we will contact you to coordinate reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.


Shipping Confirmation

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing:

• Tracking number
• Carrier information
• Estimated delivery window

Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.


Holiday & High-Demand Periods

During major sales events (Black Friday, Holiday Promotions, etc.), processing times may extend by 1–3 business days due to order volume.
