Welcome to Trilipiderm. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Trilipiderm and TriLipid Research Institute, LLC. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online store, mobile messaging program, and all related features, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services.
1. Access & Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline your order at our discretion. Orders are not final until payment is processed and a confirmation email is sent.
Please review your order carefully prior to submission; cancellations may not be possible after processing begins. Purchases must be for personal use only. All returns are governed by our Refund Policy.

Prices may change without notice and do not include taxes, duties, or shipping unless stated otherwise. Promotions may have additional terms. You agree to provide accurate, current payment information and authorize charges for your order total, including applicable taxes and fees.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Once an order transfers to the carrier, responsibility for loss or delay passes to the buyer. External factors—such as carrier delays, weather, or customs—may impact delivery timeframes.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Services—including trademarks, photographs, product descriptions, graphics, and design elements—is the property of Trilipiderm or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

We may offer tools or integrations from third-party providers. These are offered “as is” without warranties or endorsement. Your use of such tools is entirely at your discretion.

8. Relationship with Shopify
Our store and checkout experience are hosted by Shopify Inc. Shopify enables our e-commerce functionality, but all sales are made directly between you and Trilipiderm. Shopify is not responsible for product quality, delivery issues, or disputes.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Because our platform is hosted by Shopify, some information may be processed by Shopify or its service providers, including data stored outside your jurisdiction.
By using the Services, you consent to the processing and handling of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

By submitting ideas, feedback, reviews, or suggestions (“Feedback”), you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use such content for any purpose, including marketing or product development. You represent that you own or control the rights to any content you submit.
12. Errors & Information Accuracy

19. Entire Agreement & Waiver
These Terms constitute the entire agreement governing your use of the Services. Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations at any time.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where Trilipiderm is headquartered. You consent to jurisdiction in those courts.
22. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated when required. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance.
